Camp Bow Wow in Greensboro, NC is looking for one Front Desk Attendant/ Client Care Technician to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

Availability:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Client Counselors are scheduled:
- Monday-Friday 6:30 am-1:30 pm or 1:00 - 7:30/closing.
- Saturday 8:00-1:30 and Sunday/Holiday 3:30-7:30/closing
- Weekends and Holidays are required, but time off is permitted with advance notice.
Shift availability:
- AM Shift (Preferred)
- PM Shift (Preferred)
Schedule:
- 5x8
- Normally a 7-hour shift or until work is done.
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily FOH operations
- Answer phones, emails, and messaging professionally and thoroughly
- Responsibly manage cash drawer throughout each shift
- Appropriately schedule baths, enrichments, daycare, and boarding reservations
- Effectively and professionally communicate with Pet Parents regarding the wellbeing of their dogs
- Effectively read dog body language and respond appropriately
- Check dogs in and out for all scheduled services
- Maintain accurate records on all communication boards
- Ensure all dogs are current on vaccinations and alterations
- Coordinate with BOH Lead to plan daily activities
- Keep sufficient notes on all dogs and belongings
- Uphold standards of positive reinforcement and force-free methods while safely handling the dogs
- Effectively build positive relationships with dogs
- Safely manage dogs while rotating between areas
- Ensure all areas are free of hair and odor, and maintain sanitation throughout the facility
- Effectively communicate with Managers about overall wellbeing of the dogs
- Monitor and appropriately address all dogs in the facility for signs of stress or illness
- Commit to continued education for animal behavior and care provided by management
- Maximize fun and minimize stress for all dogs, employees, and clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
- Time-management and organizational skills
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years or older
- Be able to safely lift 50 lbs
- Constantly walk and/or stand the entire shift
