We are looking for Front Desk Agents with a passion for working with people and high-quality customer service. The Front Desk Agent will answer incoming customer calls, schedule appointments and handle complaints. Our Front Desk Agents are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward all incoming calls.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Gather information from customers in order to serve them better.
- Be professional and courteous to customers at all times.
- Update hotel information system as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
