Responsibilities

This individual will perform several duties including welcoming patients and visitors by greeting and directing patients and visitors, scheduling patients, calling patients, preparing necessary forms, referring inquiries, coordinating all patient and insurance billings, answering and routing calls, making transactions, keeping the reception area clean, establishing payment plans to help patients manage payment of bills, verify insurance, etc. Must be able to welcome patients and visitors by greeting them with a smile and pleasant demeanor both on the phone and in person. We expect exceptional customer service to be provided at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
