Job description
We are looking for a professional front desk office assistant to be responsible for
greeting our very special clients with intellectual disabilities as well as other neu-
rological challenges, and guest to our office. You will oversee giving clients and
guest directions to various parts of the office, contacting staff regarding guest,
answering phones and fowarding calls to correct staff, and verious clerical duties.
To be successful in this role, you must be compassionate, and empathetic to
others. Additionally, the ability to contribute positively as part of a team that
is commited to ensuring our clients are living their best lives while in our care.
Front Desk Office Assistant Responsibilities:
Great clients and guest with a welcoming, positive , helpful attitude.
Assisting clients and guest in finding their way around the office.
Maintaining and data entry of the daily attendance of our clients
Direct guest to the appropriate person or office
Announcing clients of their arrival or pickup as necessary
Helping maintain workplace secrurity by maintaining visitor logs
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
Preparing meeting and training rooms
Answering phones in a professional manner, screening and routing calls as necessary
Assisting colleagues with administative tasks
Performing administrative duties
Ensuring the front office area is tidy and presentable
Contacting transportation when necessary and maintain proper accountability of the
transportation (Dart) tickets.
Create new hire folders, potential new client tour folders, and intake packets
Provide excellent customer service
Maintaining the supply room and supply inventory
Front Desk Office Assistant Requirement
Not afraid to work with or be in the presence of aduts with an intellectual disabilty, autism
traumatic brain injury, or in other disability.
Prior experience as a front desk professional
Consistent professional manner, and disposition
Excellent written, organization, multitask, and verbal communication skills
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 per hour
