We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist (5 days a week, 8 hours a day) in our Corporate Office located in Tempe.

Pay is starting at $14.00 - $15.00 an hour. Experience in this field is not necessary but seeking someone with customer service or front-end receptionist experience.
The schedule is within the hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. (8-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct phone calls to the correct team member. (answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls)
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Provide exceptional customer services for community members inquiring about services, current clients, and staff calling for further assistance or questions.
- Serve as an assistant to, or provide administrative support to Administrative Managers.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment by embracing NHCC values and integrity.
- Help arrange appointments, and handles office details.
- Help check in clients and collect any copayments as.
- Help with orders and maintaining stock, keep an inventory of stock.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, etc.

Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- People-oriented
- Organizational skills
- Experience in a variety of computer applications, windows, and google suites
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience working with confidential information
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be eligible for a non-restricted level one fingerprint clearance card (DPS)
- Must at least High School Diploma/GED
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday between the hours of (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
