Job Title: Front End Developer

Job Location: 100% remote

Contract Duration: 3 months

Short Description:

The Front End Developer is strategic, articulate and extremely organized as well as a team player who collaborates with Creative Directors, Creative Managers, Design Team, Marketers, Merchants, IT Developers and third parties.

Technical Requirements:

• Javascript developer
• Ability to write performant JS, clean code, and understand potential page impacts
• Familiarity with React considered a plus
• CSS & HTML knowledge
• Knowledge of data analytics integrations and incorporating custom analytics code
• Tealium & Signal – Customer Data Platforms (tag managers)
• Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics
• Knowledge of APIs and how to integrate into code
• Previous history of working on a component design system
• Familiarity with Amplience & Oracle ATG CMS's
• Familiarity with A/B testing and digital optimization best practices
• Previous history of working with an A/B testing software/tool
• AB Tasty preferred
• Ability to build tests across devices & browsers based on development requirements
• Ability to debug & QA/code review developed code (different than functional QA)
• Understanding of targeting & segmentation

Experience using:

• JIRA
• A/B testing software (AB Tasty preferred)
• Invision

• Comfortable asking questions, open communication, transparency
• Cross-functional experience; experience working with business stakeholders who are outside of IT & development (i.e., marketing, e-commerce, analytics, etc.)
• Good understanding of the business and how to continually optimize an e-commerce website
• Ability to work in both agile and waterfall processes
