Front Office Attendant
OakCrest Market is actively seeking a hardworking and dedicated full-time Front Office Attendant. The Front Office Attendant is the face of the corporate office of OakCrest Market. With your knack for customer service, you greet customers, vendors, and employees with an upbeat attitude and a friendly smile. You offer administrative support to store managers, other corporate office employees, and owners as various needs arise. You enjoy daily interactions with your team, vendors and customers. You have the personality and intelligence to represent OakCrest Market and guide customers and vendors where they need to go.

A Day In the Life of the Front Desk Attendant
In this vital support staff role, you take the reins on handling administrative tasks as needed to support the store managers, your fellow corporate team members, and owners. The Front Office Attendant is directly responsible for:
- Welcoming guests in the corporate office
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Transferring calls; taking and delivering messages in a timely manner
- Keeping office records up to date, including daily filing
- Maintaining and organizing adequate levels of office supplies
- Preparing common areas for meetings
- Sending and receiving physical and electronic correspondence
- Assisting store managers with uniforms and name tags
- Processing coupons received by the stores monthly
- Sorting and organizing charge tickets monthly
- Recording payments received in the office
- Printing reports and light data entry supporting the Office Manager
Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Verbal and written communication skills to convey clear and concise information
- Organization skills to keep accurate records and find requested information quickly
- Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with others
- Interpersonal skills to maintain a pleasant office environment
- Familiarity with computers, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic internet browsers (Chrome, Edge)
