THE POSITION:
Our Hybrid FOC will play a crucial role in supporting in-office staff within the assigned region. Duties include insurance authorizations, phone and text coverage, and organization of faxed documents, all with the benefit of working a set hybrid schedule where you would work both in the clinic within the region and at home . All FOCs are responsible for optimizing patient appointment schedules, managing incoming phone calls, processing and converting new referrals, and collecting time of service payments. As an intentionally transparent company, our FOCs gain business skills by learning about KPIs and benchmarks that not only drive clinic success but also patient outcomes. With 35+ locations we connect our front office team globally and regionally for development and collaboration opportunities.
