Responsibilities:
It is the primary responsibility of the Front Services Doorman to provide excellent customer service while creating a safe and friendly environment for the guests. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
Specific Job Functions:
- Notify taxis when guests are departing the property with hand gestures and whistle
- Open taxi doors for guests.
- Assist guests with luggage into vehicles
- Direct taxis to guest requested location
- Control traffic in the driveway, in conjunction with valet, by keeping the traffic flowing, controlling where the limos park and where they pick up guests.
- Maintain a clean work area for guests and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes.
- Minimum of six months' front services experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
