Position:

FT Groundskeeper $14-$15/hr

The River’s Edge Campground in Dewy Rose, GA is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Staff Member for immediate placement on a GREAT TEAM in an Enjoyable Work Environment!

The River’s Edge is a membership only, gay, clothing optional campground community that is open year-round. Prospective employees must be open-minded, professional and must deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Job Description:

- Handles all outdoor upkeep and maintenance of grounds and all buildings on the campground.

- Maintain lawns, seasonal mowing, trimming, weed whacking, etc.

- Maintain memorial garden, install/maintain flowers beds, plants, bushes and all other landscaping on grounds.

- Keep leaves blown from cabins, buildings, roadways, etc.

- Cross train to check daily pool chemicals (we will train, it’s easy).

- May assist with other campground maintenance duties as assigned.

Schedule:

- Monday through Friday 9:00 - 5:00pm. 40 hrs./week.

- Able to work weekends including 3-day holidays, Thanksgiving & Christmas off.

Requirements:

- 40 hrs./week.

- Able to work weekends including 3-day holidays, Thanksgiving & Christmas off.

- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather for 8 hours per day.

- High School Diploma.

- Must have reliable transportation.

- Able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

- Full use of legs, arms and hands & full range of motion required: bending, twisting, lifting, squatting.

Pay:

- Starting pay is $14. After 3 months of successful employment, your will automatically go up to $15 (pending performance review).
