911 Driving Schools are franchise organizations with locations all over Washington. We own and operate the Issaquah School. We teach teens and adults to drive within the classroom atmosphere and on the road within the Dept. of Licensing requirements and standards. We are an approved testing center for the Dept. of Licensing as well. We have a friendly, fast-paced, small business environment. We are looking to fill 1 Full-Time Position. Anticipated Start Date June 6th 2023

Position Synopsis:

· Phone and In Person Customer Service: Problem Solving

· Scheduling Appointments & Editing Appointments

· Appointment Printouts and Form Collection

· Account Management

· Data Entry

· File Auditing

· Filing

· Cleaning

Position Hiring Process:

1. Interview on a Zoom Platform Call Remotely.

2. (If chosen to move forward) Fingerprinting Requirement: Due to working with Teens, Fingerprinting is required prior to Beginning Training Etc.

3. Dept. of Licensing Staff Application & Applicable Accounts Set-Up on a Zoom Call.

a. Submit a New Hire Packet

Upon receiving a State D.O.L. Approved Staff Licensing Number, you will be invited to your On-site training schedule.

Training Schedule (Start Date Tuesday June 6th)

· Tuesday-Saturday 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Less 1 Hour Unpaid Lunch

· Sunday-Mondays Off.

· After Training: Days and Hours will stay the same unless changed by management with a one-month notice.

Pay Scale:

· Training: $18 Hourly

· After Training: $19 Hourly after 90 Day Probationary Evaluation

· Growth Scale: $21 Hourly

o Become a State Knowledge Test Examiner (Detail Discussed in Interview)

Pay Periods through ADP Platform (Auto Deposit)

• 1st –15th (Payday on 20th of each month) 16th-30/31st (Payday on 5th of each month)
• Benefits: No Medical, Dental, or Vision Offered

Requirements:

• Must be Local to East King County Area: Bellevue, Issaquah, Sammamish Etc.
• Have you been a licensed drive for 5 years, within the United States?
• Have you had more than one moving violation within the preceding 12 months or more than two moving violations within the preceding 24 months?
• Have you had any traffic violations or suspensions within the preceding 12 months?
• Have you had a driver’s license suspension, cancellation, revocation, or denial within the preceding 3 years?
• Have you been convicted of any crime?
• Have you been convicted of a crime of violence?
• Do you have a high school diploma or its equivalent?
• Willing to Work One Weekend Day as advertised above Required.
