Access Dental, Dentures & Implants is a growing company looking for motivated doctors to provide dental care. We are based out of Springfield, MO with 5 locations:

Springfield (west)

Springfield (east)

Rolla

Osage Beach

Mt Grove

Our purpose is to provide the access to quality and affordable dental care in our surrounding areas. Our business runs on a patient centered approach. We provide a professional and nurturing atmosphere for staff and doctors, as well as generous compensation and bonus packages.

Our company is run by time tested systems, which allow for maximum efficiency and profitability, without the need of over-stressing team members.

As we grow, we are looking for doctors wanting to learn, be productive, and possibly interested in partnership opportunities.

Access Dental, Dentures & Implants strives to provide it's doctors with the perfect mix of work-life balance, the ability to make a difference in the lives of so many patients, while giving you the opportunity to make 2-3 times the average pay most associates make working for other companies.

While other companies may expect you to work 5-6 days a week, 12 hour shifts per day, or weekends, we believe that a 'happy doctor is a productive doctor.' All of our associates work 3-4 days per week, 8am to 5pm. No weekends. No Holidays.

Our doctors make anywhere from $350k to over $500k/year on 32 hours per week. They are paid $1000/day as a guarantee (which never expires) against 30% of adjusted production. This is paid monthly. We provide you with a full benefit package (medical, dental, 401k match, etc), a minimum of $2000/year in CE, as well as the opportunity to participate in profit sharing for your office.

We are also the most transparent company you will ever deal with. All of our doctors have access to the financial reports in our practice management software. You can see what your production reports are, real time, anywhere in the world. We have nothing to hide. You deserve to know how much you are going to make before we write the check.

For the entrepreneur dentist, our system allows you to go out and open up your own office, under our Brand, while we take care of the management and HR duties that NOBODY wants to deal with.
