Lavish Eyewear is a boutique eyewear retailer inside of the Promenade Shopping District of the Hardrock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

We are currently seeking to fill both full time and part time roles for a dynamic Key Holder with a proven sales track record.

An ideal candidate should be positive, and self motivated. All staff are expected to be sales driven and be a strong team player, that helps the store increase our earning potential while in a fun and lively enviornement.

The most sucessful at this role are those willing to learn about product, leading with a friendly demeanor, and having the strong understanding of the stores daily objectives.

Requirements:

• Exceeding customer service through maintaining and representing he company's core values of service, quality and integrity to create total customer satisfaction
• Model and lead store selling and service efforts, ensuring personal goals are met, while driving store sales and productivity
• Stay up-to-date with Corporate communication
• Self-motivated/takes initiative to ensure all operational functions are being completed accurately and timely; delegate, direct and prioritize tasks, as needed
• Ensure visual, housekeeping and safety standards are upheld throughout the entire store

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or customer service experience necessary, preferably in a similar role; experience with luxury goods a plus
• Passion for current trends, fashion and style
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities; approachable, engaging with proven conflict resolution skills
• Operates well in a fast-paced environment; adapts well to changes in traffic patterns, environments, tasks, etc.; proven time management and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and approach to work; remains motivated and productive during downtime
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; is able to adapt style, as needed
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident and mature
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work flexible hours
• Ability to stand during entirety of their shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
