With over 2,000 users of our mobile column lifts, SEFAC is one of the leading players in this challenging environment.

To support our development, we have an open position for a Service Manager. This position requires full time hours (Monday to Friday) in our Warminster office.

Job title: Full Time Service Manager

Job description:

• Scheduling our technicians for all service tasks including but not limited to service calls, inspection and commissioning of our mobile column lifts.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally to maintain good customer relations and ensure customer loyalty.
• Coordinate all transportation - organize shipping with shipping companies, customers and our Warminster warehouse.
• Quoting spare parts and service (using ad-hoc software)
• Updating customer database – process technician paperwork and update all customer data.
• Assist with Marketing designs and edit social media posts before published Coordinate all trade shows – As approved by upper management.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid USA drivers’ license
• Excellent customer service, sales, communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in MS Office, Skype, Drop Box, Excel, Word and ad-hoc software
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• A team player with high level of dedication and a positive self-starter attitude
• Able to work under pressure and handle stress.
• Proven experience in parts and service sales; to be versed in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
