SUMMARY:

Main function of Guard Shack Attendant is to monitor all goings and comings into the facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor goings and comings into and out of facility
• Document on paper all visitors upon entry into the gate
• Document on paper all visitors leaving the gate.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

• Must have basic reading and writing skills
• Ability to multi task regularly throughout the day or night.
• Requires good communication skills. (Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus)
• Must be a self- motivator and willing to multitask

• Ability to stay alert through a 12-hour shift

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Ability to move between departments to interact with others. Consistent daily attendance required; occasional off-shift support and limited travel required.
