Marlin Bay Resort and Marina in Marathon is currently looking for an experienced general maintenance person to join our team. We are a luxury vacation rental community and marina located at mm 49.5 in Marathon.

Your primary duties will focus on preventative maintenance for our homes, buildings, equipment and grounds. Working knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, kitchen equipment, painting, etc. is required. You will also be responsible for maintaining electrical equipment such as compressors, circulation pumps, filters, outlets, and thermostats (willing to train!). Our maintenance team is also responsible for helping to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our grounds, including trash removal, window washing, etc.

Must be reliable, have a good work ethic and positive/friendly outlook, excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, and able to work on your own as well as part of a team. Valid Florida Driver's License & reliable transportation required. We offer full benefits after 60 days; and PTO. Background checks are required.

Applicants must live in the local area, and be able to reliably commute to Marathon.'
