Pay: $17.00 per hour.
Full Time, Location - Onsite, Orlando

The Kind of Work You’ll be Doing:
- Install, maintain and repair plumbing fixtures and waste disposal systems including plastic, copper and galvanized piping; cut, thread and replace water pipes; install and maintain toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, drinking fountains, decorative fountains, water heaters and new water lines.
- Perform adjustments and emergency repairs to plumbing equipment including fixing broken pipes, cleaning plugged drains, draining pipes, replacing washers, faucets and floats, soldering spouts and gutters, cleaning grease traps and flushing or unplugging sewer lines.
- Install, maintain and repair building structures, machinery and fixtures such as partitions, doors, cabinets, windows, and fixtures, including systems furniture.
- Install and replace window units, glass, and perform other glazier duties; construct forms and mix, pour and finish concrete; repair or apply new plaster and masonry surfaces.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, automobiles, building and related systems.
- Prepare and maintain records related to work performed including inventories, work orders, preventive maintenance, key system records and inspection records.
- Coordinate with Customer Service Team the various work orders pertinent to position.
- Assist other maintenance personnel as assigned in conference room set-ups, moving office and systems furniture, moving and storing surplus equipment and furniture.
- Run errands to pick up a variety of building materials and other miscellaneous supplies.
- Be on-call and respond 24/7 to building emergencies at Lake Hart property on a rotation basis throughout the year. During bad weather conditions, assist in building preparation and secure property with appropriate action. Participate in opening the property back up after a shut down.
Experience and Skills:
- High School or GED and
- 1 year of responsible maintenance and construction experience
