• Meet or exceed fitness department budgeted gross/EFT revenues, maintain positive net income on a monthly basis.
• Create a plan to manage existing PT accounts and aggressively expand our customer base through new business acquisition.
• Maintain a safe, productive and inviting exercise environment for teammates, members and guests
• Continuously monitor the Fitness/PT business and financial results and develop meaningful action plans to improve the performance of the business.
• Lead and educate the team and provide leadership to reinforce the contributions in which Fitness & Personal Training delivers to provide greater member engagement and retention.
• Manage Fitness & PT Managers daily.
• Recruit, train, develop and manage Fitness Managers, Asst. Fitness Managers, and Personal Trainers to ensure that clubs are adequately staffed at all times and succession plans are appropriately maintained for Company needs.

Qualifications

Must have prior Fitness sales experience (2 or more years fitness sales experience).

Must be a natural prospector and recruiting - Confident in generating personal sales in both Fitness and Personal Training.

Ability to manage and drive two revenue streams effectively.

Highly organized, proficient in data entry and lead management..

Salary position (all compensation is discussed during interview)

Bonuses w/ no threshold qualifiers

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
