The ideal candidate must have strong F&B management skills background in addition to a solid hotel management background. Most of our revenues come from our F&B operations and they are expanding.

• Provide financial oversight, budget development, invoice processing, and managing to industry performance ratios.
• Supervise HR, and process bi-monthly payroll.
• Motivate, coach, and council all managers for success and assist them in reaching the performance standards with their staff.
• You will be the face of Hotel Sutter, in public areas during peak times greeting guests, and being of assistance as needed.
• You will work with vendors to ensure a properly stocked and well-maintained facility, meeting all budget guidelines.
• Proficiency in G suite and digital marketing knowledge is a plus.

Hotel Sutter is a historical building located in the heart of downtown Sutter Creek. We have a restaurant serving indoors, on our balcony as well as out front on our Pallet Cafe. We have 2 bars one located in our lobby and another downstairs known as our Copper Room. We also have a fully functioning 21 room hotel on our 2nd and 3rd floors.
