Maepole is a small business in Athens, GA. Our goal is to serve guests made from scratch healthy comfort food in a QSR setting. Great hospitality and focused management is the name of the game! We are looking for someone to step into the General Manager position at our Athens location. We have second location in Atlanta and are opening a third (our first Maepole Franchise) in Oconee County..

Train and develop crew using current company training system

Maintaining an adequate supply of products and items necessary to maintain smooth operations within provided budget

Overseeing operations for your location and maintaining the highest standards in quality, service, and cleanliness with a constant focus on profitability

Scheduling sufficient staff to cover operations and to accommodate guest flow

Training and developing management team and crew using current company training system

Evaluating performance at company designated intervals and designing a development plan with each employee to improve performance

Providing coaching, counseling and discipline as warranted

Conducting crew and administration organization team meetings as needed to discuss operation procedures

Conducting weekly and month-end inventories

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,218.00 - $59,449.00 per year
