The General Manager will be the #1 promoter of the Red’s Savoy Pizza brand and ‘Sota-StyleTM experience in store. You will be most effective at communicating Red’s Savoy’s vision, and truly embrace what it means to live the values of ‘Sota-StyleTM. We are Minnesota nice. You will use a variety of knowledge and tools, from our training and your experience, to manage the daily operations of your store. Every day will be different, and you will be prepared for it. Using your desire to create a fun work atmosphere, you’ll supervise, train, and empower employees to make the best pizza in town, while providing a great experience for every customer. You will be the leader to ensure each experience is efficient, accurate, timely, and personable. When those areas aren’t being met, you’ll be on the front lines to fix it. You will help your team to get better every day; and take great pride in their successes.
General Managers will be hands-on behind the scenes of your store. You will be accountable for cash handling, hiring, pay administration, scheduling, ensuring your team is adhering to uniform and handbook standards, ordering, enforcing cleanliness standards, ensuring maintenance and repair of the restaurant, as well as other tasks and duties. You’ll be responsible for cost controls, including inventory and labor costs. You’ll be planning for long and short-term goals for your store, and working with the local community to build relationships and brand awareness.

Position Requirements:
*2-3 years of restaurant experience – It’s about where you’ve been, but also where you want to go!
*Proven ability to lead – There’s no “I” in team!
*Confident and ability to work with others – We all have a role to play!
*Great communication in a fast paced, high stress environment – It will be busy!
*Exceptional eye for detail and quality standards - Food is key!
*Ability to instill and maintain a sense of urgency - I want it now!
*Flexible schedule – Days, nights, weekends…we staff it all!

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
