The General Manager is a leadership position that supports the operations of multiple sites with a technology client. This role is responsible for the direct supervision of full-time employees spread over 3 locations. As a General Manager you fully immerse yourself in strategic leadership, cross functional alignment of goals and execution to provide world’s best supply chain solutions to our customer. We are looking for a leader who can draw insights from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations for operational brilliance and customer growth . In addition leadership ability to positively influence the lives of best performing teams at syncreon.
About the Role
How you will contribute

• Meet company objectives with respect to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale and Environment.
• Direct, monitor, and accountable for the operating results of facility to ensure budget criteria, corporate policies and programs are achieved and customer requirements are met.
• Responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership to direct and indirect reports to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned Team Members.
• Direct the development and implementation of internal procedures and controls required to ensure customer needs are achieved within budgetary goals.
• Establish standardized customer KPI and other performance metrics and ensure these metrics are communicated with the customer on an agreed upon schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.

*Your Key Qualifications*

• A college degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of leadership Experience in an automotive, manufacturing or logistics based industry.
• Experience in multi site management and open to travel out of state at least once a month
• Past experience in Customer relationship management
• Track record of effectively training , developing and coaching team members.
• Proficiency in lean Management and continuous improvement
