• Responsible for the daily management of Esco Technologies Inc Healthcare business.
• Be the face of Esco Technologies Inc Healthcare to customers and vendors to support as required.
• Work with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining the highest levels of business ethics is imperative.
• Responsible for the PNL, ensuring profitability.
• Monthly and quarterly reporting to the Board on performance across the business departments.
• Continue to maintain and develop for Esco Technologies Inc Healthcare as a whole to be accredited with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
• Planning of Labor loading forecasts with the department managers to give visibility for forecast peaks and troughs.
• Work with departments to reduce OPEX, and increase margins through reducing re-work, inefficiencies, and errors.
• Continue to develop the service team structure to be a stand-alone profitable department. Shape the service team to meet the professional needs and geographical location needs of the company.
• Continue to push to achieve monthly goals / targets for AR, DSO and Inventory turns.
• Assist in the alignment and transfer of processes and or knowledge between Esco global locations.
• Work with Shipping / Logistics for OTD, shipping cost reduction, damage and errors in coordination or communications.

• Bachelor’s Degree with proven track record of growth and leadership experience.
• Pharmaceutical background highly preferred.
