Landmark Realty is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Multi-Family Resident Manager to serve as the General Manager of Chevy Chase's premier residential rental property. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to establish top-notch building operations at our brand-new apartment community, Crescent at Chevy Chase, located in Chevy Chase, Maryland. As General Manager, you will lead a team that you'll be proud to call your own and be part of a legacy of successful property management.

Crescent at Chevy Chase represents the fifth community in our portfolio and the first Class A property in our 60+ year history. Our community is situated adjacent to the Purple Line and across the street from the new mixed-use development in Chevy Chase Lake. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for directing the lease-up and day-to-day operations of the building, supervising the leasing and maintenance teams, ensuring that the property is well-maintained and attractive to potential residents, and ensuring that all resident concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

To be considered for this position, the successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential leasing and property management, with a proven track record of achieving high occupancy rates and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a starting base salary of $100,000 and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health care, 401K, and bonuses tied to lease-up. The total lease-up bonus pool available for distribution to the Leasing Staff is $100,000.

The General Manager will participate in the final stages of construction (delivery Nov/Dec 2023), retaining vendor partnerships, and directing Lease-Up set to begin September 1. You will coordinate or oversee all resident programming, advertising, and on-site staff members. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand-new community and to help shape its success. REQUIREMENTS:

We are seeking a highly qualified leasing manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

● 5+ years of experience in leasing and property management, with a minimum of three years in the multi-family residential industry.

● Proven track record of achieving high occupancy rates.

● Exceptional customer service background.

● Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.

● Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle resident concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, adaptable to social media.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Familiarity with Appfolio and other property management software.

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $100,000 and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health care, 401K, and bonuses tied to lease up.
