Job description
The Site Manager is responsible for the direction, strategy, planning, and execution for all manufacturing operations, including supply chain (purchasing, materials management), fabrication, production, assembly, safety, quality assurance, maintenance, and continuous improvement. The Site Manager is directly responsible for executing to meet revenue and cost targets for the site. The successful candidate will partner with employees on cross-functional teams to execute the financial and operational commitments of the business.

- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
- Proposes and drives any necessary capital expenditure and maintenance plans to deliver revenue expectation, improve overall productivity, quality and safety.
- Quickly assess and develop talent to build team and operational bench strength.
- Prioritize workload and manage changes in direction and priority.
Qualifications:
- Degree(s) in Management, Manufacturing, and/or Engineering or similar discipline AND
- 7 years’ experience in manufacturing operations role with increasing responsibility OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Semiconductor, Microelectronics, or Defense-Aerospace electronics background
