OVERVIEW:
Loveland Ford Lincoln is looking for a high energy LEADER than can jump right into a culture of WINNING and WIN! This person should be able to come in and not only push the needle but MOVE the NEEDLE. Someone with a proven leadership track record and experience in a higher volume dealership selling 300-500 vehicles per month. We are only interested in the BEST!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Mentoring our staff of sales consultants and sales managers
- Enhancing the Guest Experience.
- Completing regular performance evaluations
- Developing short and long-term goals
- Effectively and regularly communicating with other departments to help reach a common goal, which is to WIN!
- Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where necessary.
- Coordinating with the business/administrative office to ensure that paperwork is correct
- Mandating a good working relationship with lending institutions and manufacturer personnel and maintaining these relationships.
- Coordinating regular-even daily-meetings with the staff to ensure their success.
- Participate with HR in the hiring and training of all department sales hires.
- Maintaining an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Prior automotive sales managerial experience
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Understanding of inventory control
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
- Professional
- Strong work ethic
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Ability to speak Spanish a plus.

PAY RANGE:
- $18,000 to $28,000 monthly
