Title: Gift Shop Supervisor

At the Caribe Royale, we are extremely excited about the expansion of the Grand Caribe Convention Center, the complete renovation of all 1,335 suites and villas, and a new lobby creating a new “arrival experience”. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service at all times
- Support associates as necessary throughout the shift
- Assist in the training of new associates
- Assist with the scheduling of associates in accordance with business needs
- Complete transactions via cash register and or/credit card machine in an accurate and timely manner
- Accept full responsibility of a cash bank, deposit box, and store key
- Complete end of shift reports daily transactions and bank deposits to include overages/shortages of bank activity
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the gift shop
- Follow and understand the Safety Standard Policy at all times. Report any/all incidents to the manger and loss prevention
- Perform inventory of all on-hand gift shop merchandise shipments
- Assist in order department as necessary
Job Qualifications:
- Previous supervisor experience required
- Must be comfortable managing guest issues/concerns
- Must be comfortable inspiring/leading a team
- Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Hourly Rate: $16
