The Cooper Group is a collaboration of skilled craftsmen and designers. We are a growing historical restoration, construction and window company specialize in restoring, and replicating historic windows. We bridge the requirements for high energy efficiency and historical accuracy.

We have opportunities for experienced Glasers for combined shop and field work. We fabricate our own historical glass in our kilns and assemble it into Insulated Glass Units and are the premier supplier of high efficiency historical glass.

The applicant must be able to:

1. Work from drawings to measure, cut, assemble and install glass in both windows and doors.

2. Interpret drawings as to size, shape, thickness of glass.

3. Knowledgeable in glass characteristics (tempered, laminates, attenuation, impact) and handling requirements.

4. Maintain high Quality Standards including final inspection of completed products.

5. Able to lift heavy objects and work at moderate heights.

6. Some overnight travel may be required.

7. Knowledge of Low-e applications and IGU fabrication.

8. Experience in Glazing of both wood and steel windows and doors.

Pay is commensurate with experience level.
