General position summary:

Primary responsibility includes the effective counsel on all tasks and activities necessary to affect a successful global relocation for transferring assignees of Lexicon’s corporate clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manages caseload of assignees and serves as the single point of contact
  • Exhibits thorough understanding and utilizes global experience in implementing Client’s corporate international relocation policy including expense administration, global assignment services and benefits management processes
  • Counsels assignees and family on the Client’s relocation and assignment policy and programs
  • Coordinates all phases of activities and services necessary to facilitate the corporate policy and program
  • Diaries and follows-up on all outstanding relocation related services and documents with appropriate internal and external parties
  • Supports data integrity goals by entering key relocation related information relating to assignees, service provider network, Client, etc., into system
  • May act as a liaison to Client for exception approval
  • Assists in overseeing the work of Associate Consultant to ensure tasks are completed in support of service delivery goals
  • Demonstrates a willingness to improve job-related skills, responding to direction and constructive feedback in a positive and professional manner
  • Shows flexibility and creativity in completing work assignments
  • Attends and actively participates in all team related meetings and training as deemed appropriate
  • Develops and maintains a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the team, customers, Clients and service partners
  • Accepts additional job assignments and participates in project work as requested
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual and Lexicon’s Policy and Procedures manual

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for counseling employees at all levels
  • Highly customer service oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday
  • Ability to multitask and organize workflow to meet deadlines and prioritize work
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills required

Education & Experience:

  • College degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum three to five years of experience in international role within corporate HR, relocation management company, mobility consulting company or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual or multi-cultural experience
  • GMS, CRP designation preferred

TRAVEL:

  • Less than 10% required.

Computer Operations:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Certificates/Licenses/Registrations:

  • Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) or Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) preferred.
