- Perform department opening and closing procedures, maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the pro shop, and respond to daily E-mail and voicemail to help maintain effective guest relations
- Assist with merchandise management including: shipping guest purchases, receiving, pricing, stocking retail merchandise, and conducting inventory
- Generate revenue by maximizing sales opportunities, answer questions and offer suggestions based on available merchandise and services
