GPAC has partnered with a multi-location grain company located in Eastern, Colorado looking to fill the position of a Grain Location Manager. The location is located about 1.5 hours from an International Airport. This position will be a hands-on management role leading and working along side a small team.
Grain Location Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning and direction of facility operations
- Ensure that daily operations meet all standards and operational schedules
- Oversee a team and promote improvement in quality, safety and cost performance
- Perform general maintenance and repairs of the facility
Grain Location Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years management/supervisor experience in the grain industry
- Experience working with wheat
- Merchandising or origination experience is preferred or willingness to learn
- Mechanical background preferred
Comp range: $90K-$110K base with bonus potential
