Graphic Designer/Customer Service Associate/Production Associate
McGinnis Printing has been providing print and design services in Red Bank, NJ for over 33 years and we are looking for a Graphic Designer/Customer Service Associate/Production.

Strong computer skills are an absolute requirement. Previous knowledge of the printing business and operating a Canon Image Press C800 and wide format IPF780 is preffered.

• The job is full-time, Monday through Friday 8:30 – 4:30 pm
• Possibility for part-time work
• Experience with Canon digital printers preferred (Press C800 and wide format IPF780)
• Must work well on multiple projects under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Computer expertise required: Proficient with Mac OS systems and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, QuarkXPress, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Word and Excel (for mail merges).
• Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback required. Must be able to take direction, and work independently, while being a strong team player
• Knowledge of printing process, how to set up files for output and computer/printer troubleshooting
• Create business cards, brochures, signage, flyers, banners, posters, logos, invitations and other print materials
• The position requires an individual who is self-motivated and capable of managing time, priorities and workload as well as being capable of seeing projects through to the end without being micro-managed. This is a fun but often intense, high volume work environment, which requires focus and self-discipline.
• This person should have a sincere interest in design, printing, and customer service, connecting with people as well as have an interest in growing the business while keeping up to date with software and finding new ways to increase efficiency.
• Other skills: professional, positive, polite, team player, flexible, patient, innovative, organized, detail oriented, ability to brainstorm, share ideas and accept constructive criticism from team, ability to work on projects with limited supervision and follow directions to completion.
