Job description

Looking for people who want a seasonal summer job and like to be outdoors. Great for people looking for extra income. The job includes performing a variety of landscape activities, including, but not limited to, planting, weeding, digging, spreading topsoil and other materials, general lawn maintenance for a residential community as directed by the Property Manager and General Manager

Positive attitude, clean driver’s license, and the ability to be trained.

Must be at least 16 years old to use power driven machinery like lawn mower, weed trimmers, etc.

Appliant should be within 20 to 30 min drive of Union Dale, PA

Responsibilities of the Crew Member:

• Mow grass using commercial mowing equipment
• Edge curbs and walks
• Bed and pavement weed control
• Maintain and water flowers and flower beds
• Operate powered equipment such as mowers, and weedwhackers.
• Use hand tools such as shovels, and rakes.
• Willing to work outside.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements of the Crew Member:

• 16 years of age or older
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to weekends as required.
• Ability and willingness to work under seasonal work demands.
• Ability to pass Background Screening
• Ability to read, understand and follow safety procedures and other instructions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekend availability
