Grove Mini Golf Party Host

Grove Mini Golf is a family-owned putt-putt course seeking enthusiastic individuals who can help us create a fun, safe and customer-focused culture and facility for the whole family! We are looking for responsible and attentive individuals to join our team. Our Party Hosts will be capable of the following:

• Ensure party area is clean and ready to go for the party, and responsible for the clean up after each party
• Welcoming and engaging with arriving parties and serving as their Host throughout their scheduled activities
• Take orders and attend to the guests
• Upsell additional food and beverage items
• Assist with birthday activities such as lighting candles, cutting cake, delivering food, or completing requests by the guest as necessary
• Acquaint guests with rules of the course in a personable and professional manner
• Keep facility and party area maintained and clean
• Deliver excellent guest services for all groups
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Complete Activities Specialist responsibilities when no parties are scheduled such as greeting guests, equipping guests with proper equipment, taking orders and serving food and beverage items, keeping all areas clean and maintained, operating register effectivity and accurately, performing opening and closing duties

Qualifications:

• Must be 16 years or older to apply
• Dependable, good work ethic, punctual, reliable, and comfortable interacting with all ages
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Great personality and people oriented
• Ability to work 2 out of 3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Party Host Experience is a plus
