Role
Our client is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager/ Strategistwith prior B2B experiencein the Adtech / Martech industry. This role is focused on lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition. This is a high-profile role that will interact with the leadership team to help grow a new brand. You will help the team craft strategies, based on data and analytics, to boost customer acquisition and retention to grow in a quickly evolving industry. Experience developing an omni-channel marketing strategy for a new brand is key.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the internal team expert for planning and developing marketing strategies for Adzapier.
- Develop customer acquisition strategies for the brand, across multiple channels, including brand awareness, positioning, and lead generation.
- Create and execute lifecycle marketing programs and sales funnels that drive engagement and conversions
- Build strategies in collaboration with internal teams and resource departments that align customer lifecycle journeys across product, email, content, social, paid ads and more
- Drive improved results and report to leadership with performance of all digital campaigns and assess against defined goals (ROAS and KPIs)
- Regularly and actively analyze results, communicate them effectively, and propose modifications or directional changes to strategies based on those results.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and cohesive customer journey across all efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, E-Commerce Marketing, managing growth campaigns with experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion strategies.
- 5 years of experience in Growth, Performance, Product Growth or Analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, channels, website experience, and conversions - including email campaigns, social media, paid ads, video, content, etc.
- Expertise in paid social, Google Analytics, SEO, SAAS, Search, and Display and/or performance marketing to grow revenue or other relevant KPIs.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Strong attention to detail, project management and timelines.
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Excellent prioritization skills for important/urgent work with a high-impact
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written - including presentation skills
- Prefer prior experience in Martech / Adtech.
- Any experience working of E-commerce marketing is a plus.
- Experience in Salesforce Pardot is must.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
