The Growth Operations Manager is a critical role to help DispatchHealth realize aggressive growth plans in a scalable way. This role is both strategic and tactical in supporting demand activation and local market operations teams with new demand generation programs as well as expansion of existing demand channels. This individual assists in all demand generation, channel activation, partner marketing and execution of growth plans for new markets, and new service lines, working closely with operations and strategy teams. The tactical focus for this role is in partnering with market leaders and clinical operations teams to execute plans intended to balance demand generation and clinical capacity.
What You'll Do:
- Execute quarterly market growth plans with specific goals on care requests and visits and establish a solid foundation/infrastructure for growth that ties to capacity planning and operations.
- Collaborate with partner and market team leadership to grow specific target accounts in key markets and proactively address challenges and opportunities related to growth efforts.
- Coordinate digital and in-person outreach to clients and partners for continuing education on DispatchHealth Services and product and scope expansion.
- Represent key clients and partners (voice of the customer) with internal product and operations teams to ensure clients feedback is channeled into the development of the DispatchHealth business.
- Execute risk mitigation plans, identify dependencies, and recommend solutions to manage cross-functional coordination and successful implementation of growth plans.
- Bachelor’s degree; Masters or MBA a plus
- A minimum of 3+ years relevant experience - background in consulting, growth or operations preferred
- Highly analytical with ability to translate data into insights and tactical next steps
- Ability to influence without authority; experience working across multiple stakeholders
- Highly organized with the ability to organize others around you
- Solution-oriented mindset
- A collaborative and cooperative work style; outstanding interpersonal and communication capabilities
- Genuine comfort and effectiveness as both a leader and a doer; an intense focus on getting things done, and a willingness to be as “hands-on” as required
