The Growth Sales Representative is responsible for seeking out new and unknown customers for Mustang Cat, and develop relationships to earn their business. Responsibilities include: • Represent Mustang as industry leader and promote key differentiators to best serve our customers • Possess thorough knowledge and understanding of product line, including features and benefits • Meet and exceed strategic sales goals • Utilize CRM system to manage customer relationships • Respond quickly to leads and qualify customers • Develop equipment quotes, financing quotes, and other sales proposals as needed Position requirements: • College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field • Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements • Demonstrated ability to strategically attack a defined sales territory • Exceptional customer service skills • Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to "think on your feet" • Strong desire to win Strongly preferred experience: • Bilingual English/Spanish • Knowledge of CAT equipment Mustang Cat is a licensed Caterpillar dealer that provides new and used construction equipment, machinery, power systems, rentals, servicing, and more.
