Required Weekly Schedule:

3 days/week, totaling 22.75 hours after breaks:

Saturdays: 8:30am - 5:00pm w/ 30-min unpaid break

Sundays: 8:30am - 6:30pm w/ 30-min unpaid break

Mondays: 4:45pm - 10:00pm w/ no break

GRR Job Summary -

The Guest Relations Representative "GRR" will greet, check-in, assist, and/or provide direction and information to customers, visitors, and other guests of the organization’s products and services. The GRR operates with direct supervision from the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Dispensary Team Leads.

GRR Tasks and Responsibilities -

  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Awareness of parking lot/front entrance activity and report any suspicious activity to the manager on duty on the same day the activity is witnessed.
  • Check in customers by using a scanning device to scan valid government issued photo IDs.
  • Communicate with LRP personnel to maintain customer traffic flow, minimize wait times, and maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Direct visitors or vendors to the appropriate entrance; (visitors or vendors must sign in the appropriate logbook, wear a visible guest badge, and be always accompanied by LRP personnel).
  • Directing solicitors or unplanned communicators to contact the info email over the phone, or by providing info business cards if in-person.
  • File and maintain records as requested.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of GR.
  • Maintain supply tracking for GR.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras to assist with the maintenance of customer traffic flow.
  • Provide information about the company’s products, services, and events.
  • Receives incoming package deliveries and communicates and/or places deliveries on S/R.
  • Record customer requests on Guest Relations call log when applicable, and contact customers to communicate previous requests, if applicable.
  • Records customer complaints and provides to manager on the same day the complaint was made.
  • Verifying government-issued photo IDs to ensure 21+ entry.

Other Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain knowledge of all LRP products and services, while adhering to CCC, state, and local laws.
  • Respond to and resolve customer requests, complaints, or compliments in person or on the phone, requesting supervisor support as needed.
  • Maintain organization and appearance of dispensary, by daily upkeep and light cleaning, as well as daily COVID sanitizations of all surfaces included on LRP COVID-19 Workplace Safety Policy.
  • Assist with opening, shift change, and close of business procedures.
  • Participate in discussions and provide suggestions for improving product availability, customer satisfaction and/or policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a continuous state of alertness to ensure the highest safety standards for fellow employees, products, and the facility.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge on state and local laws pertaining to adult-use marijuana and dispensing adult-use marijuana.
  • Follows established LRP policies and procedures, contributes to the development of new concepts, policies, and procedures as necessary to perform job duties and tasks.
  • Assist dispensary management with research, or communications as requested.
  • Additional projects/tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Guest/Customer Service or related: 2 years (Required)
  • Microsoft 365 software/applications: 1 year (Required)
