We are seeking a Guest Service Manager superstar who believes that personal care and wellness need to be a part of everyone's life. You will be responsible for all aspects of guest services including scheduling, coaching, customer service, and much more. You will be a part of our working guest service team, but have the added responsibility of being a a manager. Weekends are required.

As a keyholder/assistant manger you will be responsible for the operations in the spa, including opening and/or closing for the day, spa management and business development. The is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to take charge!

Working as part of our guest service's team you will:

• Provide a 5-star experience through amazing and genuine customer care
• Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members
• Assist guests with wellness services
• Convert new guests into Fuchsia members
• Schedule guests for appointments and services
• Earn up to $25 per membership sale

• Responsible for opening and closing the spa as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Experience:

• Customer service: 5 years (Required)
• Management or supervisory experience: 2 years (Required)
• Membership sales experience is a plus

Weekly day range:

• Wednesday to Sunday
• Weekend availability required

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gilbert, AZ 85295: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
