Guest Service Keyholder/ Manager
Job description
We are seeking a Guest Service Manager superstar who believes that personal care and wellness need to be a part of everyone's life. You will be responsible for all aspects of guest services including scheduling, coaching, customer service, and much more. You will be a part of our working guest service team, but have the added responsibility of being a a manager. Weekends are required.
As a keyholder/assistant manger you will be responsible for the operations in the spa, including opening and/or closing for the day, spa management and business development. The is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to take charge!
Working as part of our guest service's team you will:
- Provide a 5-star experience through amazing and genuine customer care
- Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members
- Assist guests with wellness services
- Convert new guests into Fuchsia members
- Schedule guests for appointments and services
- Earn up to $25 per membership sale

Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Experience:
- Customer service: 5 years (Required)
- Management or supervisory experience: 2 years (Required)
- Membership sales experience is a plus
Weekly day range:
- Wednesday to Sunday
- Weekend availability required
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gilbert, AZ 85295: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
