Job description
We are looking for a friendly, personable, individual who enjoys people, and can communicate clearly and pleasantly with our guests. The successful team member will extend a warm welcome to guests, be attentive to their needs and make them feel at home.
Duties include - Answer multi-line switchboard, book and cancel guest reservations. Process guest check-ins and check-outs; handle guest requests promptly and efficiently. Refer guests to local amenities and venues; resolve all questions and complaints to guest’s satisfaction. Have the ability to memorize multiple packages, rates and discounts. Post cash and credit card payments; balance end of shift paperwork and prepare daily deposit.

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
