As a Guest Service Team Member in the Front of House, you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in either the front counter or drive-thru, work as a cashier, maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! You will also have the opportunity to cross-train in the kitchen. We are looking for crew members who are friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Chick-fil-A is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds, and no experience is necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
