Come join our family at Vacation Myrtle Beach! We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to join Hotel Blue! Hotel Blue is an ocean front property located in Myrtle Beach. Qualified candidates will also possess an eye for detail, passion for hospitality, and a desire to exceed every guest’s expectation

Front Desk Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitor payroll and hours
  • Promote employee empowerment
  • Provide positive leaderships skills
  • Communicate with other departments to fulfill guests needs
  • Maintain high morale for front desk employees
  • Train front desk staff
  • Coach and Counsel front desk staff

Our Expectations:

  • Strong administrative and computer skills are required
  • Enthusiasm & passion for customer service
  • Must possess good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, be outgoing, perceptive and self-motivated with the ability to work harmoniously with varying personalities
  • Must be able to communicate articulately and comprehend written and verbal communication
  • Hospitality Experience preferred
  • Previous management or supervisor experience preferred
  • Previous cash handling experience
