Frequent and regular feedback is what we all want. It’s the only way we know if we are doing a good job and growing.

You’ll have regular one-on-ones with your manager. Each month you’ll receive a quality check on a haircut. Each year you’ll participate in an annual performance and pay review. Every day you’ll get feedback and communication from your co-stylists.

Respect Is Great Pay

Stylists at our Foothill Village salon earned $21.00 to $41.00 per hour last month.

We show you exactly how much you made per hour each month. Those are real figures stylists earned and gives you an idea of what to expect. It includes a base wage, 2 bonuses and credit card tips. It doesn’t include cash tips, winning prizes, contests, and the owners buying the salon lunch on a busy Saturday.
