Sanders Hand Therapy Practice with locations in Wilsonville and Woodburn, Oregon. We are looking to fill a full-time position for a Occupational or Physical Hand Therapist. Our Hand Therapy hours needed are specific to the Wilsonville and Woodburn clinics. It is our hope that this applicant would have achieved their hand certification (CHT) or have an interest in working toward that certification.

It is required that this applicant be a Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy program, have or applying for their Oregon OT or PT license. It is preferred that the applicant have at least 1 year clinical experience and/or have completed clinical level II rotations in Hand Therapy.

This position is an opportunity for a therapist desiring specialty work and continued learning as part of an experienced and talented therapy team.

Salary and Benefits commensurate with experience and hours worked.

Sign-on Bonus of $1500 eligible after 6 months of work and successful performance review.

Job Duties:

• Evaluating a patient's functional status
• Establishing treatment goals
• Planning treatment
• Implementing the plan of care through direct treatment
• Coordinating treatment with other health care personnel
• Providing instruction and education to patient, family, and caregivers
• Evaluating need for interdisciplinary referral
• Providing accurate, timely documentation of treatment
• Custom splinting as needed
