Position Title: Staffing Coordinator

**Saturday and Sunday - 8:00am - 4:00pm**

The Centralized Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining scheduling for Haven clinical associates.

• Appropriately schedules centralized associates (RNs, LPNs, & CNAs) to fill vacant shifts throughout the organization.
• Posts all team schedules in the Team Drive and updates daily as changes are made due to fluctuations in census and staffing.
• Obtains information on a daily basis from all Haven teams to compile resources and scheduling materials to include changes in census, anticipated needs, and vacant shifts due to call-ins.
• Works with each team to ensure that associates are deployed to another work environment for which they have been trained when there is a fluctuation in census or patient care requires additional resources in a different location.
• Assists team manager in assuring that there is an accurate supply of qualified staff available and appropriately assigned to cover vacant shifts at all times.

You Have:

• High School diploma or equivalent. Prefer advanced education and/or business school training.
• Experience in a Healthcare environment preferred. Previous experience with detail-oriented work. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, documentation and communication skills. Advanced computer skills required.
