Head of Project Management, Facilities & Real Estate (West Coast)

Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Head of Project Management, West Coast within our Facilities & Real Estate organization.
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Head of Project Management North America West (western region of US & Canada), you will be responsible for:
- You will be responsible for all new construction projects in North America West from project initiation, design development, execution, and delivery
- Your team will also execute all new interior fit out projects and bigger maintenance/refurbishments
- Build and lead a team of excellent project managers
- You love to drive a project end to end from concept to execution to ensure that the ideas and goals from the initial phase are developed in detail and executed to excellence
- You have vast experience in stakeholder management across all hierarchy levels and in a diverse environment
- Project management and getting things done is your passion and you always propose a way forward, instead of explaining why something is not possible
- You are familiar with the design and execution of office and production facilities in a med tech environment
- Besides the operational business, you like strategic thinking and the development of standards and guidance to constantly improve the way we deliver our projects
- Your strength in design is a holistic approach to the space, from functional requirements to final user experience
- You are familiar with a corporate environment
- You have a university degree in Architecture
- You have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
- You have a strong personality and being able to take calm decisions even under turbulent circumstances
- You are a team player
- You strive in coaching and leading others to success
