As the Head of Talent and Development you will play a critical role helping the organization achieve it's business goals, as you will oversee all talent management and development initiatives including leadership and employee development, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing and internal talent mobility. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who has experience in a variety of fields within the People function and is excited to learn about the current and future talent at WeightWatchers.
In this role you will:
Oversee all talent management initiatives including performance management, succession management, talent reviews, goal setting, internal talent mobility and career pathing
Lead all development initiatives including leadership and corporate employee development initiatives and programs
Operationalize our career leveling framework through well articulated career pathways
Collaborate with global People Partners, Total Rewards, L&D and business leaders to measure impact of talent initiatives
Champion critical and high-potential talent within the talent management process
Be curious and keep an eye on the external market & benchmarks to bring new solutions to the table
As a leader, you are:
Well-versed in modern talent management frameworks, succession planning, talent calibration, career pathing and performance feedback models
Experienced shaping a multi-year global talent strategy and are able to drive initiatives forward in an evolving mission-oriented environment
Comfortable introducing and driving significant change in a fast-paced, transforming organization
A champion of diversity and inclusion within the Talent Management process
To be considered for this role you must possess 8+ plus years of proven experience in a People organization
Base salary may vary, depending on but not limited to: Skills, experienece & locations
Base Salary - $200,000 - $220,000 / year
