Peak Health, a subsidiary of Truist and McGriff Insurance has been providing corporate wellness for over 30 years. Peak Health’s mission is to promote an understanding among participants as to how their lifestyle habits affect their health. They evaluate a participant’s progress at short-term intervals to encourage progress over a sustained period. The Nurse meets individually with the participants at their corporate site to assess current health habits and lifestyle choices as well as coach participants through lifestyle changes while developing a practical action plan for implementing and promoting self-responsibility for changes.

Peak Health seeks a RN in PA, ideally this person will live near the following cities: York, King of Prussia, West Chester, Allentown, or Lancaster. Work hours are Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm. This position is 100% remote but travelling to nearby cities is required, including some overnight stays as required to meet client's needs. The ideal candidate will be a licensed RN with a multi-state license in the state of Pennsylvania.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Review the individually completed Health History Questionnaire.
2. Review and interpret individual blood lab test results.
3. Obtain individual weight, blood pressure, pulse, body fat or body mass, and fitness level.
4. Establish individual goals by making recommendations for improving the individual’s health risk.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Valid Registered Nursing License for state(s) in which they meet with program participants
2. Professional Liability Insurance certificate
3. Valid CPR certification
4. Valid Driver’s License
5. Excellent motivational and coaching skills
6. Working vehicle and current personal auto insurance
7. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS

1. Must be able to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds to bring testing equipment and laptop to work site.
2. Frequent bending required.
3. Travel to various client sites required.
4. Some overnight travel may be required
