Please note this role is for experienced healthcare customer service/medical office/managed care professionals - all other applicants will not be considered.

Program Coordinator
Location: Remote (must reside in Ohio)
Hours: M-F 8-5pm
Pay: $25/hr

• Receive inbound calls from members with the purpose of educating member about Case Mgmt and enrolling the member into CM.
• Conduct telephonic outreach to members with the intention of enrolling members in CM.
• Work assigned tasks from referral queues for members who need outreach for CM we receive these from the health plans.
• Work assigned tasks for members who need post hospital discharge outreach within 3 days and within 10 days of discharge.
• Conduct health screenings for Members.

Required Experience/Skills:

• High-level healthcare customer service.
• Must be a self-starter.
• Medical office or managed care experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• High school diploma/GED or higher required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
