The primary focus of this position is to source, contact, and recruit candidates to connect them with our job opportunities.

THE COMPENSATION IS A COMBINATION OF SALARY PLUS COMMISSION! Our top recruiters can earn anywhere from 80k to 100k+/year due to our highly competitive commission structure. Our recruiters work hard, meet the high expectations of our clients, and dedicate themselves to the search process. We collaborate as a team and help each other achieve success, this is how we get results.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize our vast databases of active candidates and reach out, making 50+ calls per day.
• Utilize the various social media platforms to build networks and referral leads.
• Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using in-house CRM.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine appropriate fit.
• Work on different ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
• Regularly track pipeline activity and initiate improvements that impact pipeline areas.
• Stay in constant communication with candidates from sourcing through placement.
• Nurture long-lasting relationships with your internal team, field staff, clients, and placed candidates.

Skills /Experience Requirements:

• Motivated self-starter attitude
• Ability to understand our clients, their needs, and the various nuances of the specialties we staff
• Marketing/Communications, and Recruiting/HR
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and follow through
• Strong ability to build relationships and establish trust via the phone or other channels.
• College degree (preferred, but not required)
